Carlos Santiago is a Puerto Rican artist whose work combines a strong foundation in drawing and painting with an exploration of tropical imagery, urban environments, and contemporary society. His work has been exhibited in Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic and is represented in prominent Puerto Rican collections.

Born in Peñuelas, Puerto Rico, in 1978.

• Holds a Master’s Degree in Arts and Humanities with a concentration in Art and Drawing.
• Received the Alfonso Arana Scholarship and continued his artistic training in Paris, France.
• His work has been exhibited at institutions including the Museum of Contemporary Art and the Museo de Arte de Puerto Rico.
• Participated in CIRCA at the Puerto Rico Convention Center in 2006 and 2007.
• His work is represented in collections including Cooperativa de Seguros Múltiples, The Ritz-Carlton Isla Verde, and Centro Cultural Ángel Pacheco Alvarado.
