Jorge García Jiménez was born in Juana Díaz, Puerto Rico, on April 5, 1972. His interest in graphic arts began at the age of twelve, inspired by the artists featured in the newspaper El Poeta. He later studied painting at the School of Plastic Arts in San Juan, Puerto Rico. His work has been exhibited throughout Puerto Rico and is represented in collections internationally.
